Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver to mainland UK by Royal Mail First Class Small Parcel Post within 3 working days and European Destinations by Royal Mail International Standard post within 7 working days, unless otherwise selected. All orders received by 2.00pm on a working day will be sent the same working day, otherwise they will be sent the next working day. There is no weekend delivery service.

Returns Policy:

Within 7 days from receipt of order, HairologyLondon provides a 'NO QUIBBLES' refund/exchange policy on the understanding items are returned in their original condition, unopened and unused.
