Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver to mainland UK by Royal Mail First Class Small Parcel Post within 3 working days and European Destinations by Royal Mail International Standard post within 7 working days, unless otherwise selected. All orders received by 1.00pm on a working day will be sent the same working day, otherwise they will be sent the next working day. There is no weekend delivery service.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Within 7 days from receipt of order, HairologyLondon provides a 'NO QUIBBLES' refund/exchange policy on the understanding items are returned in their original condition, unopened and unused.

 

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for used or opened goods.

 

However, in the unlikely event a product has not met with your expectations and you would like to request a refund/exchange, please email us at: hair@hairologylondon.com explaining your reasoning and the amount left of the product/s purchased.

 

HairologyLondon will consider each and any request on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds/exchanges given are at the sole discretion of HairologyLondon.

 

In all cases the cost of returning any items is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from HairologyLondon in writing via email.
